The design I completed while I was working for the Queensland Government has just been launched, and I must say that overall I am really happy with it. I left there at the end of December, and my design has taken four and a half months to go live, but that’s government for you!
This redesign involved both a visual and structural overhaul, the result of painstakingly precise usability testing and justification. Code produced is valid XHTML strict but the CSS does not appear to validate at this time
All that aside, well done to all the people involved, now to take a screenshot and put it on my resume.
Congrats! There was some hard work put in at the eleventh hour to get it happening, but they got there! Note that as soon as they published that message about enjoying sunny days, the rain poured down…
